Insurance and Billing
We accept most traditional insurance plans and our office will file your insurance for you allowing you to pay just your estimated co-pay on the day of your dental visit. Contact our office and our Insurance Coordinator will verify your dental benefits for you. Dr. Shoukfeh does not participate in Health Management Organizations. We will file your dental reimbursement claim as long as you are free to choose your own dentist. Any balances not paid by insurance are the patients responsibility. Please call with any questions you may have.
