My wisdom tooth broke while another dentist office was trying to extract it. He couldn’t get the root, so he told me to go to an oral surgeon. I was already in pain and anxious. Her technician was just the type of personality I needed to calm me. Then Dr. Shoukfeh was very soothing as well. She hummed a bit while working, which assured me this was just everyday work for her – nothing that needed fearing. He technician talked quite a bit which took my mind off the procedure some. They have mystic in the background as well, but that doesn’t usually calm me. The doctor was good about explaining what needed to happen and periodically mentioned what was happening inside my mouth. The previous dentist did not, which made me more apprehensive. I highly recommend Dr. Shoukfeh and her staff. Also, I don’t have insurance, but I thought they were reasonably priced.
